To submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, complete the following form. In order to expedite your request, please complete all information requested below. You will be notified if your return request has been approved. Shipping information sending the unit to Maverick will be provided once the RMA is issued. Customer is responsible for covering shipping costs. Defective merchandise can only be accepted within 10 days of purchase. See refund policy here.
